The Bodivox running screen on Apple Watch

Every figure where your eye left it.

The run screen is a fixed grid, so nothing scrolls mid-stride. Your plan's current step counts down, and pace and heart rate stay in the same place every time you look.

  • Heart-rate zone

A five-part ring and live bpm, using your own maximum heart rate.

  • Current step

Warm-up, run or walk interval, with a countdown and progress bar.

  • Pace

Current and average pace in kilometres or miles.

  • Split history

Each completed kilometre or mile with its pace and running total.

  • Auto-pause

Stops the clock when you do, and says so on screen.

  • Finish from the wrist

End the run early without reaching for your phone.

Your routine arrives on the Watch when you start it on your iPhone. Adjust weight and reps with the buttons, or long-press a value to type it, then log the set in one press.

  • Weight and reps

Steppers for quick changes, a keypad for big jumps.

  • Heart rate and calories

Live bpm, zone and active calories while you lift.

  • Plate calculator

What to load on each side of the bar, using your plates.

  • Workout progress

Sets done out of sets planned, and a finish button when you are done.

A finished Bodivox workout with active calories and an average heart rate from Apple Watch

It is all there when you get home.

Heart rate and calories from your Watch are saved with the workout, so a session is more than sets and reps.

  • Saved with the workout

Minimum, average and maximum heart rate, plus active and total calories.

  • On your lock screen

A Live Activity keeps the workout clock on the lock screen and in the Dynamic Island.

  • In Apple Health

Workouts, weight and body fat written to Health, and resting heart rate read back.

  • Other devices welcome

Runs and heart rate from a Garmin, Polar, Coros or any app that saves to Apple Health come into Bodivox as well.
